Faja Dos Padres
Faja dos Padres is the hotel we stayed at in Madeira. Situated at the bottom of a 300m cliff, it can be only reached by boat or by an elevator. Remote, it provides an old-world charm and calmness away from the sprawl that is Madeira in and around Funchal. There are 4 houses, of which the Boat House (Casa de Borca) is the one closest to the beach and is where we stayed.
